Call of the Wild Ministries is a new sportsman's ministry sponsored by First Reformed Church.
Our Mission...
Is to reach out to those in the community, men and women that share a common passion for the outdoors. We are well aware that this area of the Midwest is filled with outdoor enthusiasts and we see it as a mission field which is ripe to be harvested. It's workers are few but we aim to change that. With a shared passion, we feel we can cut across boundaries that often block the path of Christian Ministry.
Our Target...
Will be focused on those who are unconnected or loosely connected to a worshiping community. We will also aim to help outdoor enthusiasts who are already connected in their faith, teaching them how to use their passion for the outdoors to connect to God and share their faith in order to reach out to those who may be seeking that connection with God and community.
