Jay is the Director of Operations and Partnership Development for IBAC Ministries. IBAC Ministry is equipping pastors and leaders in Latin America through mobile/modular theological education in partnership with the local churches. Amy is the Divisional Business Manager for ReachGlobal for the Latin America division.
